Happy 34th Birthday John

For my brother's birthday we went to Novelty Golf and Games in Lincolnwood (not to be confused with The Bunny Hutch). Best miniature golf course ever. And of course it was even better because I won and Kirstin won a free game!

Then we went to John's favorite restaurant Red, Red Robin (as we call it to annoy Zach) and Bethany joined us. Gunnar was so excited about his green balloon that later flew away and was replaced by a yellow one.

Sadly, we never got our birthday song. 

Then, we went to Forever Yogurt and back to John and Kirstin's to watch the Blackhawks lose...wah wah.

Birthday at the Zoo

For my 32nd birthday I went to the Lincoln Park Zoo with John, Kirstin, and Gunnar. It was a perfect day and all the animals were out for us to see. Gunnar was over the moon the entire day; after the adults were tired and ready to leave he kept saying, "We're going to see more animals? We're going to see more animals?" Here are some of my best snapshots from the day.
